Terms of Service

• Keep your details accurate, including those of any participants you add, and keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for bookings made from your account. A parent or guardian is responsible for the accounts and bookings of their children.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or breaks these terms.

Before your first booking you accept the academy's liability waiver. Each program also has its own rules, covering scheduling, cancellations, makeups, weather and conduct, in our rules and policies. Those rules are part of these terms.

• Prices are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Square; other methods are accepted where a program says so.
• When a session is cancelled, by you within the program's notice period or by us, you receive a credit toward a future session rather than a refund to your card, as each program's policy describes.
• Credits are tied to your account and can't be exchanged for cash.

The academy posts photos and videos from its programs on its own social media accounts. Participants appear only with photo release consent, which you can change any time in account settings. Posts are written with help from an AI service and always reviewed by our staff before they go out. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.

• Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the site works.
• The site's content, logo and photos belong to the academy; don't reuse them without permission.
• The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but can't promise it will always be error-free.

To the extent the law allows, the academy isn't liable for indirect losses from using the site, and our liability for any claim about a booking is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. California law governs these terms. Questions: info@valtertennis.com.
